Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an on-site HVAC Controls Systems project leader to plan, execute, and complete complex control projects for customers.

You will manage hardware design, programming, installation coordination, commissioning, and closeout with a focus on safety and quality. You will drive project profitability, coordinate with subcontractors, and mentor technicians and designers while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Technical associate’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of related field experience in HVAC/Controls or Building Automation Systems.
• Ability to communicate technical material to non-technical audiences.
• Strong PC skills; knowledge of control theory and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and complete control systems projects on-site for assigned customers.
• Manage project financials including costs, billings, and collections.
• Coordinate communications with customers and subcontractors throughout all phases.
• Ensure safety standards and proper commissioning of systems and documentation.
