Job summary

Modigent is seeking a Foreman I-II - Controls to lead a field crew in commercial building automation projects. You will supervise installation, startup, and commissioning of DDC systems, sensors, and actuators, ensuring safe, high-quality work and compliance with codes.

Qualifications

4+ years in commercial building automation/controls installation, startup, and service.
High school diploma or GED; trade school, apprenticeship preferred.
Valid driver’s license with clean record; controls certifications a plus; OSHA 10/30 encouraged.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a controls crew on installation, startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair per specs.
Provide daily guidance and training to ensure quality workmanship and proper system integration.
Plan on-site activities, manage scheduling, material control, and toolbox talks to ensure safety and productivity.
