Job summary

Crete United is seeking a Controls Foreman to serve as field leader on building automation projects in the Denver area. You will guide installation teams, liaise with project managers, and ensure on-site work meets quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include directing wiring, conduit, BAS controllers, and HVAC sensors, coordinating with warehouse for parts, and training Installers to maintain project timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading installation teams on building automation or controls projects.
• Ability to coordinate with Project Managers and field staff to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to quality and safety standards on site.

Responsibilities

• Act as field leader on projects assigned to assist with BAS installation.
• Provide direction to Controls Installers and ensure tasks are completed to standard.
• Oversee wiring of low voltage and communication systems for BAS and HVAC equipment.
• Manage conduit, tubing, BAS controllers, and HVAC sensors/components installation.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of components; coordinate with warehouse.
• Attend progress and turnover meetings with the contracting team and engineering.
