Job summary

Crete United is seeking a skilled Controls Foreman to act as field leader on building automation projects. You will direct and mentor Controls Installers, coordinate with Project Managers, and ensure timely, quality installation of BAS components in customer sites.

The role emphasizes hands-on field work, supervision of electrical and control wiring, and collaboration with project teams to meet schedules and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading install teams on building automation projects.
• Ability to work in the field and communicate with management.
• Knowledge of control systems installation standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as a field leader on projects directly assigned.
• Coordinate with PMs and lead Controls Installers.
• Oversee wiring of low voltage and BAS equipment.
• Procure and stage installation components from vendors.
• Attend construction and turnover meetings.
• Mentor Installers and ensure quality standards.
