Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Custom Equipment Programming Group (CEPG) Controls Team Supervisor to lead the Controls Technicians while continuing hands-on controls work. You will coordinate projects with SCADA, PLC, and database experts to integrate advanced automated manufacturing equipment.

You bring strong troubleshooting, collaborative leadership, and project-management skills to empower the team to own their work and deliver on time. Relocation benefits are available for Fargo, ND.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environment and project work.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for the Controls group while continuing to execute controls work.
• Lead interviewing, training, planning, workload balancing, and delegation.
• Research, install, and test automation control systems to improve efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and programming issues.
• Manage projects and timelines with end-user training.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure equipment aligns with Marvin specs.
