Job summary

Marvin is seeking a CE​PG Controls Team Supervisor in Fargo, ND to lead the Controls group while continuing to perform controls work. You will mentor technicians, coordinate projects, and partner with SCADA, IT, and Operations to integrate sophisticated automated manufacturing equipment.

Ideal candidates bring strong controls troubleshooting, collaborative leadership, and the ability to manage projects with ownership. Relocation benefits are available for eligible moves within North America.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Project management skills and the ability to meet timelines.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for the Controls group while continuing to execute controls work.
• Mentor and coordinate Controls Technicians; plan workloads and assignments.
• Collaborate with SCADA, IT, and Operations to integrate automated equipment.
• Diagnose equipment issues and recommend maintenance improvements.
• Manage projects and timelines; provide end-user training.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure Marvin specs and procedures are met.
