Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Custom Equipment Programming Group (CEPG) Controls Team Supervisor to guide the Controls team while continuing to perform controls work in Fargo, ND. You will mentor Technicians and coordinate projects, partnering with SCADA, database, and PLC specialists to integrate sophisticated automated manufacturing equipment.

The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on troubleshooting, and delivering projects on time, with collaboration across engineering, maintenance, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for the Controls group while continuing to execute controls work.
• Mentor and coordinate Controls Technicians and lead project tasks.
• Collaborate with SCADA, database, and PLC specialists to integrate equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment and facility issues; suggest preventive maintenance and process improvements.
• Manage projects and timelines to successful completion with feedback loops and end-user training.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure equipment and practices align with Marvin specifications.
