Job summary

RoviSys Building Technologies is seeking a Lead Controls Systems Engineer to design and lead building automation projects in Kentucky. You will guide a project team, coordinate instrument and control design, and drive system startup and customer demonstrations.

Responsibilities include leading customer meetings, estimating hardware and engineering effort, configuring DDC/PLC/DCS controls, and delivering detailed system documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 3+ years in related industry.
• Controls experience with listed platforms (Rockwell, Aveva, Distech, Tridium).
• Familiarity with HVAC sequences, P&IDs, and commissioning.
• Knowledge of OPC servers, virtualization, and scripting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance for a project team of 2-5 engineers.
• Lead customer meetings and assist with proposal generation.
• Design instrumentation, panels, and electrical schematics for controls.
• Configure DDC/PLC/DCS, and lead onsite startup and testing.
• Draft system documentation and support demonstrations.
