RoviSys Building Technologies is seeking a Lead Controls Systems Engineer to design and lead building automation projects. You will guide a small engineering team, lead customer meetings, and oversee system design from instrument lists to panel layouts and commissioning.

The role emphasizes leadership in project delivery, experience with multiple control platforms, and hands-on testing, startup, and training customers on operations and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical equivalent required.
• 3+ years in building automation or related field.
• Experience with at least one major controls platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team of 2-5 engineers and oversee tasks.
• Lead customer meetings and design reviews.
• Configure control algorithms and HMI screens.
• Draft system documentation and testing plans.
• Assist with proposals by estimating hardware and labor.
• Support onsite startup and commissioning.
