Job summary

Bechtel's Manufacturing & Technology (M&T) seeks a Lead Continuous Improvement (LCI) on the Houston project. You will report to the Project Quality Manager and drive a risk-based program, using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and data analytics to improve efficiency, productivity and quality.

You will lead a CI team, oversee the corrective action system, develop dashboards, and deliver training on CI tools while partnering with multiple functions to institutionalize improvements across the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) required.
• 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years total experience.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional influence in CI programs.
• Strong data analysis, problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of a project CI program and risk strategy.
• Manage a CI team and supervise continuous improvement activities.
• Oversee corrective action system and report effectiveness.
• Develop metrics, dashboards and training on CI tools.
• Collaborate with functions to institutionalize improvements.
