Bechtel Corporation is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer in Clay, NY. The CIE will lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality through a customized improvement program leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in engineering, procurement, construction, and operations.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Support CIL in developing continuous-improvement programs.
• Supervise CI team to achieve improvement tasks.
• Analyze data from processes and develop performance metrics.
• Lead training sessions on continuous-improvement methodologies.
