Job summary

PROENERGY in Houston, TX is seeking a seasoned Continuous Improvement Manager to drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives across manufacturing operations. You will implement the daily management system, lead improvement projects, and build frontline capability to sustain gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience in manufacturing precision parts and assemblies with hands‑on shop floor knowledge.
• Strong understanding of VSM, Kaizen, TPM, daily management systems, and other CI frameworks.
• Proven change leadership with measurable results in operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage the organization’s continuous improvement program aligned with enterprise CI strategy and objectives.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvements to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost-efficiency.
• Oversee analysis, optimization, and standardization of manufacturing, services, and supply chain processes.
• Support ERP implementation from the process side and drive post-go-live stabilization kaizen.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, quality, and maintenance to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure continuous improvement goals are met.
