Responsibilities

• Lead major continuous improvement initiatives across Manufacturing Engineering and site operations.
• Analyze processes, labor utilization, workflow, and material flow to identify improvements.
• Develop labor standards, workflow, and productivity measurements.
• Lead kaizen events and lean activities to meet site goals.
• Use data analytics to monitor projects and report results to leadership.
