Qualifications

• Specialized experience directly related to the position, with knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the duties.
• At least 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression.
• No licenses or certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and authenticate information to ensure accuracy, validity, and alignment with applicable standards.
• Build and maintain data tracking systems, dashboards, and analytic tools used for compliance monitoring, reporting, and enforcement.
• Support eligibility and qualification checks for regulated entities based on applicable statutes, program guidelines, and licensing mandates.
• Construct, update, and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), compliance guides, and data management protocols to support consistent agency practice.
• Collaborate with program managers, inspectors, enforcement staff, and external agencies to ensure correct data collection and interpretation.
• Organize and conduct compliance training, data interpretation sessions, and technical assistance workshops for internal staff and regulated entities.
• Produce quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports covering compliance trends, data quality issues, operational risks, and program performance indicators.
• Assist the Compliance Division with new regulatory initiatives, program evaluations, and process improvements.
