Job summary

Clune Construction is seeking a Site Superintendent to oversee on-site projects in Northern Kentucky from pre-construction through closeout. You will manage scheduling, logistics, safety and quality, while coordinating with a Project Manager and a team of trade partners.

You will mentor interns and junior staff, participate in client relations, and ensure cost-effective, timely project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading pre-construction scheduling and logistics.
• Strong ability to manage multiple commercial projects and trades.
• Solid communication skills and OSHA safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Active participation in RFP responses and presentations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and weekly updates.
• Manage field teams, trade partners, and owner vendors.
• Ensure safety culture and OSHA compliance on site.
• Coordinate plans with architects/engineers and manage close-out.
• Mentor interns and junior staff, and support business development.
