Clune Construction seeks an Assistant Superintendent to be located on the project site for the duration of the project. You will support the site activities, follow the project plan, and collaborate with the superintendent to ensure timely completion.

Responsibilities include scheduling, logistics, safety leadership, and coordination with field teams, trade partners and owners. Requires a Bachelor’s in CM/Architecture/Engineering or equivalent, and 2–5 years in relevant projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required.
• 2–5 years managing commercial interior, healthcare or mission-critical projects.
• Solid background in construction trades and technical knowledge encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Support site activities with on-site coordination, scheduling and deliveries.
• Maintain and update project schedules and field reports.
• Ensure safety culture and OSHA standards on site.
