Job summary

CK Construction Group is seeking a skilled supervisor to lead our field crews on commercial construction projects in Kentucky. You will supervise and coordinate activities, assign tasks, monitor safety, quality and productivity, and report progress to the Project Superintendent.

You will mentor apprentices, ensure daily site discipline, manage preplanning, and coordinate with subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Completion of apprenticeship or 4–6 years relevant field experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• OSHA 30-hour certification or working toward.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks and delegate responsibility to crew.
• Evaluate the work to ensure safety, quality and productivity.
• Meet with the crew each morning to discuss the day’s plan.
• Maintain communication with the Project Superintendent on current plan and changes.
• Attend weekly project meetings and mentor apprentices and new hires.
• Maintain a clean jobsite and provide safety and technical support to crew.
