Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in the construction field or related field.
Understanding of building plans and specifications.
Thorough knowledge of corporate/industry safety standards.
Working knowledge of CPM scheduling.
Working knowledge of cost report and labor production report.
Thorough knowledge of corporate quality program.
Thorough knowledge of subcontract language.
Basic computer knowledge.
Responsibilities
Provide overall administrative and technical management at the construction project site.
Administer project safety program to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Supervise construction effort to ensure project is constructed according to plans.
Manage project budget requirements and assist in developing budgets.
Track progress against baseline schedule and communicate requirements.
