Job summary

McGough Construction is seeking a Superintendent to plan and oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects. This role drives preconstruction, scheduling, budgeting, and field operations across multiple sites.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizing abilities are essential. The candidate should have OSHA 30, 5–10 years of field experience, and willingness to travel to various jobsites in the region.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5-10+ years of construction-related experience.
• Current OSHA 30 certification.
• Bilingual with the ability to communicate in both Spanish and English (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers on active projects.
• Lead preconstruction planning, development, and scheduling activities.
• Maintain project budgets and ensure timely updates with Project Management.
• Ensure safety, Lean initiatives, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Support project closeout activities, owner training, and commissioning.
