Job summary

McGough is seeking an Industrial Superintendent to oversee all field operations on assigned construction projects, delivering safety, schedule, and budget adherence. You will lead field teams, collaborate with Project Management, and serve as the primary client and inspector liaison.

The role requires 5–8 years of construction experience, OSHA 30, and strong leadership and communication skills. Willingness to travel regularly across job sites is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Preferred: two- or four-year degree in construction related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute field operations on assigned projects.
• Lead field teams and coordinate with Project Management and clients.
• Maintain safety, schedule, budget and quality according to McGough standards.
• Develop weekly work plans and look-ahead schedules.
• Ensure on-site documentation and closeout tasks are completed.
