Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction coordination, scheduling and oversight.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems; ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise trades on construction projects.
• Develop and maintain schedules and ensure they are on track.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all MEP systems.
• Develop and implement quality control measures for projects.
• Effectively communicate with client.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed on site.
• Manage and mentor junior staff.
