Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in life science construction project management.
• Proven experience in project management and budget management.
• Solid technical background with life science construction exposure.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Managing life science construction projects from conception to completion.
• Ensuring on-time, within scope and within budget delivery.
• Developing project scopes and objectives with stakeholders.
• Coordinating internal resources and third parties for flawless execution.
• Creating a detailed project plan and adjusting schedules as needed.
• Measuring project performance with appropriate tools and methods.
• Maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
• Managing stakeholder relationships and regular communication.
• Performing risk management to minimize risks.
