Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or in a construction field leadership role delivering pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, mission critical, semiconductor, or other complex technical construction projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent technical degree or trades experience.

Responsibilities

Lead on-site construction activities for assigned trades and support project leadership with scheduling and coordination.
Assist in ensuring subcontractor and vendor work is completed safely and in compliance with contract documents and project schedule.
Collect on-site testing and inspection reports and contribute to close-out documentation with commissioning/validation teams.
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets for assigned trades, identifying exceptions.
Facilitate communication between subcontractors, vendors, and project personnel and maintain documentation of communications.
