Qualifications

• 5-25 years of construction leadership experience, including ground-up, steel framed, multi-story projects.
• Willing to travel nationally.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and project scheduling tools.
• Valid driver’s license in home state.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review meetings to receive project information and preplanning details.
• Assist in preparing schedules, staff organization, and manpower/equipment planning.
• Direct the total construction project to meet specifications within schedule and budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors to integrate with project schedules and progress.
• Maintain daily project progress and cost reporting.
