Job summary

Fransen Pittman General Contractors seeks a Project Superintendent to oversee on-site field construction, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the specified quality. The role is on-site full time and covers safety, scheduling, quality, storm water, and subcontractor management.

You will supervise field activities, coordinate with the project team, and ensure compliance with project documents and local regulations while maintaining effective communication with owners,

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–8 years of commercial superintendent experience.
• Proven ability to manage projects of $20M+ in value.
• Ability to read, understand, and analyze drawings, contracts, and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety audits and weekly safety meetings with on-site personnel.
• Develop site-specific quality programs and ensure high workmanship standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and track delays.
• Manage storm water programs and conduct on-time stormwater audits.
• Direct subcontractors to meet specifications, drawings and quality expectations.
• Provide accurate monthly labor and equipment projections.
• Lead preconstruction and subcontractor meetings with owner/architect teams.
• Maintain thorough daily logs and submit timecards and reports weekly.
• Engage respectfully with clients, representatives and design professionals.
