Fransen Pittman General Contractors seeks a Project Superintendent to supervise field construction, ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the specified quality. The role is on-site full time, overseeing all field activities and coordinating with the Project Manager, Owner, and Architect.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of commercial superintendent experience, can manage projects of $20 million and higher, reads drawings and specs, and is proficient in Word, Outlook,

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Bluebeam.
• Knowledge of inspection process and procedures.
• Microsoft Project is preferred for scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field construction to complete work on schedule and within budget.
• On-site, full-time supervision of all field activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to meet project specs.
• Maintain daily logs and submit weekly reports.
• Conduct safety audits and weekly safety meetings.
• Ensure quality standards and close-out with commissioning.
