Responsibilities

• Site Management: Lead all on-site work from groundbreaking to final walkthrough.
• Schedule Control: Build and maintain a realistic project schedule and coordinate trades.
• Safety Enforcement: Maintain a safety-first jobsite culture.
• Subcontractor Coordination: Direct all sub-trade crews and field personnel.
• Quality Control: Inspect workmanship and enforce contract specs.
• Communication: Conduct on-site meetings and report progress to managers/owners.
• Documentation: Maintain daily logs, safety reports, and material records.
