You will manage subcontractors, coordinate materials, and communicate with clients and the rand* office; 8+ years' lead superintendent experience preferred; salary range $80k-$130k.

Qualifications

• 8 years experience as lead superintendent on commercial interior, retail, building renovation projects
• Experience directing subcontractors and scheduling all work according to project schedule
• Proven track record with independent judgment and decision-making on confidential matters

Responsibilities

• Lead field staff on projects and ensure work is built to plans and specs
• Supervise carpenters, laborers and subcontractors and coordinate materials/tools on site
• Manage site documentation: daily reports, time sheets, safety/accident reports, etc.
• Act as point of contact to client and rand* office
• Ensure project safety and quality control, and assist with punch walks and site audits
