Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience in healthcare, tenant improvements, renovations, or occupied facilities is desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and subcontractor coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and schedules simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction to closeout.
• Oversee project financial performance, including cost tracking and forecasting.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and procurement strategies.
• Lead coordination with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Manage multiple projects of varying sizes concurrently.
• Support field superintendents with site logistics, safety, and quality control.
• Manage subcontractor buyout, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Identify risks and implement cost/schedule mitigations.
• Maintain strong client relationships through transparent communication.
