Job summary

Colorado Structures, Inc. DBA CSI Construction Company seeks an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee large-scale multi-family and commercial projects in the Denver region.

The role requires a highly organized, hands-on leader with a strong commercial construction background and at least 10 years’ experience managing multi-family builds. The Lead Superintendent will manage field operations, ensure schedule adherence, enforce safety, coordinate subcontractors, and deliver projects on time

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction experience with a focus on multi-family ground-up projects.
• Strong commercial construction background and demonstrated leadership.
• Able to read blueprints and technical documents; read schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities from ground-up to completion.
• Manage superintendents, field staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Enforce OSHA safety protocols and company standards.
• Maintain quality control and ensure work meets plans and codes.
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers, architects, and ownership.
• Hold subcontractor meetings and ensure clear cross-team communication.
• Identify field issues early to avoid delays.
• Monitor productivity and implement cost-control measures.
• Maintain daily reports and site documentation.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experiencedLead Superintendentto oversee large-scale multi-family and commercial construction projects in the Denver regional area. This role requires a highly organized, hands-on leader with a strong commercial construction background and a minimum of 10 years of experience managing multi-family builds. The Lead Superintendent will be responsible for overall field operations, schedule adherence, safety compliance, subcontractor coordination, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from ground-up through project completion
• Manage and coordinate superintendents, field staff, subcontractors, and vendors
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion
• Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Maintain quality control and ensure work meets plans, specifications, and local codes
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, engineers, architects, and ownership
• Conduct subcontractor meetings and maintain clear communication across teams
• Identify and proactively resolve field issues to avoid delays
• Monitor productivity and implement cost-control measures
• Maintain accurate daily reports and site documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction experience with significant focus onmulti-family ground-up projects
• Strong commercial construction background required
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with construction management software preferred
