Job summary

rand* construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent for an Atlanta-based project to lead field staff and ensure projects meet plans and specifications. The role supervises carpenters, laborers and subcontractors while coordinating materials, tools, and crews to align with the project schedule.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of lead superintendent experience on commercial interiors or renovations, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality control, and proactive problem solving on site.

Qualifications

• Must have 15 years of experience as lead superintendent on commercial interior, retail or building renovation projects.
• Display exemplary performance in all project safety related categories.
• Periodically audit jobsites during site walks to ensure standards are being met.
• Assist teams with complex and specialty quality control issues.
• Assist teams with pre-punch walks to identify quality trends and ensure smooth/timely punch list process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field staff and ensure projects are built to plans and specs.
• Supervise carpenters, laborers, and subcontractors on site.
• Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, information and staff for timely delivery.
• Manage daily reports, time sheets, safety and accident forms.
• Direct subcontractors and schedule work per project timelines.
