Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction experience with significant focus on multi-family ground-up projects.
• Strong commercial construction background required.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects ($20M+ preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from ground-up through project completion
• Manage and coordinate superintendents, field staff, subcontractors, and vendors
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion
• Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Maintain quality control and ensure work meets plans, specifications, and local codes
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, engineers, architects, and ownership
• Conduct subcontractor meetings and maintain clear communication across teams
• Identify and proactively resolve field issues to avoid delays
• Monitor productivity and implement cost-control measures
• Maintain accurate daily reports and site documentation

Position Summary

This role requires a highly organized, hands-on leader with a strong commercial construction background and a minimum of 10 years of experience managing multi-family builds. The Lead Superintendent will be responsible for overall field operations, schedule adherence, safety compliance, subcontractor coordination, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
