Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a detail-oriented Senior QA/QC Construction Project Manager to oversee QA/QC on construction and renovation projects. You will ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards while supporting overall project delivery.

The role requires significant experience in QA/QC, construction oversight, and documentation, with on-site responsibilities and potential travel, primarily in active construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC plans across construction projects to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and reviews to verify quality, safety, and environmental compliance
• Review construction drawings and submittals for accuracy, completeness, and constructability
• Support RFI and submittal processes and ensure proper documentation and tracking
• Identify, document, and help resolve quality issues, non-conformances, and risks
• Maintain detailed project documentation including inspection reports, meeting minutes, and compliance records
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure adherence to QA/QC processes
• Support project reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) related to quality metrics and construction progress
• Assist in managing project risks related to quality, safety, and compliance
• Participate in project meetings and communicate QA/QC updates with stakeholders
• Review as-built documentation and assist in project closeout activities
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, where applicable
