Job summary

Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a Quality Manager to lead site quality across multiple projects in the Field Operations division. This role reports to the Regional Quality Manager and collaborates with project teams, owners, manufacturers, design partners, and trade partners to implement SSQMP and ensure QA/QC excellence.

The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years of leadership in construction quality, EM 385-1-1 experience, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. OSHA-CQM-C is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7–10 years as a Superintendent/Quality Control/PM/CM or similar.
• Familiar with EM 385-1-1 requirements and hazard identification, safety compliance, and sustainability.
• Experience leading and directing the work of others.
• Nice to Have: OSHA-30 certification, CQM-C Certification.

Responsibilities

• SSQMP: review and finalize site-specific quality management plan.
• Lessons Learned: facilitate process and apply outcomes to SSQMP.
• Training: train project teams and subcontractors on quality initiatives.
• Field Checks: review documents, perform field walks, track deficiencies.
• Constructability: participate in constructability reviews.
• Mock-Ups/Initial Installations: track and document mock-ups and installs.
• Quality Pre-Operational Meetings: develop agendas and coordinate experts.
• Material Verification: review incoming materials for site use.
• Punch List/Turnover: plan and document turnover with all stakeholders.
• SME involvement, process improvements, and contract/specifications reviews.
