ORION is seeking an experienced construction foreman to lead field activities on concrete projects in Tampa. You will plan, supervise, and coordinate all construction operations, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, quality, and safety objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and safety programs while maintaining project timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience on concrete construction projects in progressively responsible field supervisory roles.
• Advanced knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control, and manpower management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on safety, quality and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects; supervise activities, manpower, materials, equipment and schedule.
• Train and develop foremen/lead workers on projects.
• Maintain project schedule and monitor critical path dates and milestones.
