Job summary

IOC Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to own projects from pre-construction through closeout across multiple locations. You will manage traveling superintendents, subcontractors, and the P&L, delivering projects on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in construction project management.
• Experience leading large multi-location projects with P&L ownership.
• Advanced certifications such as PMP, LEED, or OSHA 30 are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project phases from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Lead client meetings and coordinate with architects, subs, and stakeholders to maintain alignment.
• Manage project budgets, cost controls, and forecasting to maximize profitability.
• Ensure safety compliance and enforce OSHA standards across all sites.
