Job summary

ORION is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects, ensuring safety, budget, schedule, and quality compliance. You'll coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors, manage plans and RFIs, and drive efficient construction means and methods.

This role involves office and field work with travel to job sites and client meetings. A BS in Construction Management and 5+ years of experience are required, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Construction Management required or related discipline and field experience in light commercial concrete construction, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in project management and construction
• Knowledge of Project Management, Scheduling & Estimating experience - required

Responsibilities

• Ensure project is performed safely while meeting budget, schedule, quality standards and design specifications
• Complete project billings in a timely manner
• Coordinate with Project Superintendent managing labor, equipment, subcontractors and material suppliers
• Create and maintain project schedule and monitor critical path dates and milestone schedules
• Coordinate with Project Engineer to maintain plans and RFIs for PlanGrid
• Manage subcontracts and purchase orders with oversight
• Handle change orders and RFPs
• Provide job progress reports and assist estimating as needed
• Manage and train Project Engineers assigned to the project
