Qualifications

• Seven or more years of project management experience in light commercial concrete construction.
• BS Degree in Construction Management or related discipline.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and HCSS.

Responsibilities

• Manages and trains Light Commercial Project Managers.
• Develops strategic program and project goals.
• Monitors project performance to ensure profit objectives.
• Creates and maintains project schedule; reviews critical path dates.
• Coordinates with subs, vendors, and general contractor.
• Prepares Subcontracts and Purchase Orders.
