Job summary

gobravvo is seeking a dynamic Project Manager – Construction (PM) to lead large-scale commercial and industrial projects in California, with occasional travel to Arizona. Based in Brea, CA, you will guide multidisciplinary teams and own the delivery lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

You will manage budgets, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination, while building strong client relationships and steering project

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, institutional, or public works projects.
• Background with reputable general contractor, construction manager, or electrical contractor.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, change management, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Establish objectives, schedules, budgets, procurement plans and execution strategies.
• Provide leadership to Project Engineers, Coordinators, Superintendents and team members.
• Develop relationships with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors and vendors.
• Monitor contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Oversee project financials, including commitments, forecasting and cost controls.
• Track schedules and coordinate with field teams to address delays and risks.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and budget requirements.
