Job summary

Gobravvo in Colorado Springs seeks a Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction to lead delivery of large-scale projects, from preconstruction through closeout. This full-time role requires strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and safety focus to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

You will manage client relationships, contracts, risk, QA/QC, and crews, mentor staff, and coordinate with estimators and superintendents.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
10+ years of experience in commercial construction, including large-scale projects $40–$100M.
Proficiency with CMiC, Procore, Bluebeam; scheduling with Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

Represent the company professionally with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Lead staff and design reviews to keep projects on track and aligned with goals.
Oversee contract administration and subcontractor/material contracts.
Identify and develop mitigation plans for project risks and allocate risk appropriately.
Monitor team performance and mentor staff to support development.
Set project priorities, goals, and execution plans to meet objectives.
Ensure safety policies and QA/QC programs are followed at all times.
Lead preconstruction with teams to plan all project aspects prior to mobilization.
Manage budgets, costs, change management, and financial reporting.
Coordinate schedule management to achieve key milestones.
Travel to jobsites and client locations as needed within Colorado Springs.
Promote safety culture and adherence to policies.
