Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of project management from planning to completion.
• Oversee budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Administer contracts, change orders, and subcontractor agreements.
• Track schedules, critical path activities, and address delays.
• Serve as primary liaison among owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Support preconstruction efforts including estimating and procurement.
• Review owner billings and pay applications, compile monthly reports.
• Ensure safety, QA, and company policy compliance.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Mentor project teams and address risks swiftly.
