gobravvo in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from inception to completion. This full-time role offers oversight of contracts, scheduling, procurement, and safety, with a focus on delivering quality outcomes and aligning stakeholders.

You will mentor teams, prepare monthly status reports, manage close-out, and pursue new business opportunities through proposals and client presentations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering, civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of construction industry experience, preferably with a general contractor on large-scale projects.
• At least 2 years of experience leading and mentoring project teams.
• Strong understanding of the strategic, operational, and financial aspects of construction PM.
• Proven ability to make timely decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of successfully delivering projects from start to finish.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with owners and trade contractors.
• High work ethic, leadership, adaptability, accountability, and teamwork.
• Alignment with standards of excellence including innovation and ethical conduct.

Mansioni

• Direct and manage contract administration, change orders, procurement, scheduling, and financial reporting.
• Maintain knowledge of company contracts and understand roles of all parties.
• Secure permits and ensure subcontractors have appropriate insurance.
• Lead project meetings to coordinate work activities and resolve issues.
• Lead, train, and mentor project team members.
• Prepare and submit monthly job status reports.
• Manage project close-out, turnover of manuals and warranties, and final payments.
