Job summary

gobravvo is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale projects in California. You will oversee all phases from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes leadership, rigorous safety and quality standards, and effective communication across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Onsite work with occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in commercial, industrial, or large-scale construction projects.
• Experience working for a reputable general contractor, construction manager, or electrical contractor is required.
• Demonstrated success managing large and technically complex construction projects from inception through completion.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, procurement, and subcontractor management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget goals are met.
• Own project execution, maintaining quality standards, safety requirements, and contract commitments.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless delivery.
• Lead planning, procurement, scheduling, and resource coordination to optimize outcomes.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work for alignment with objectives.
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor activities, monitoring progress and quality.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation for tracking progress.
