Job summary

F.H. Paschen is seeking a Project Manager to lead heavy civil projects, managing the project team and contracts for both private and public owners. You will handle self-perform and subcontracted work, cost reports, and change orders.

Qualifications include 10 years in construction or a BS plus 5 years, or a Master’s plus 2 years. Strong communication and planning skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10 years of construction experience or
• BS in Construction Management or Engineering plus 5 years or
• Master's Degree plus 2 years

Responsibilities

• Manage the construction contract(s) and/or work orders.
• Supervise the project team assigned to contracts and/or work orders.
• Collaborate with other Project Managers and monitor Superintendent performance.
• Create and review work proposals and negotiate changes with owners.
• Coordinate field quality assurance and quality control plans with Superintendents.
• Oversee safety plan collaboration with Superintendents.
• Manage MBE/WBE subcontracting requirements and EEO/affirmative action compliance.
• Report to various work locations as assigned.
