Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering required.
• Minimum of 5 years construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, cost reporting and cash flow management.
• Proficient computer skills and project management/scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervisory responsibility for project engineers, superintendents, administrative staff and field personnel.
• Negotiate financial disputes and change orders with owners.
• Produce project schedules and coordinate subcontractors and field labor.
• Coordinate material procurement and delivery.
• Administrative point of contact for the owner and understand project scope.
• Develop field quality assurance and quality control plans with the superintendent.
• Coordinate safety planning and compliance with project safety requirements.
