F.H. Paschen seeks a Project Manager to lead Building and Infrastructure projects and manage the project team. Projects may vary between private and public owners with diverse delivery methods.

This managerial role focuses on overseeing contracts, budgets, and coordinating with the work force to ensure timely delivery. You will collaborate with superintendents and other PMs to develop cost reports, quality plans, and change negotiations, while meeting diversity and safety requirements across

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 6 years of managing construction projects.
• Experience with Job Order Contract projects is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and personnel simultaneously.
• Knowledge of construction, design, cost reporting and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in Project Management and Scheduling Software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of construction contracts and work orders.
• Supervise project teams and coordinate with the office and site supervision.
• Collaborate to prepare work proposals and negotiate changes with owners.
• Monitor and report project costs and cash flow.
• Ensure safety and quality plans are developed with the Superintendent.
• Lead compliance with MBE/WBE and EEO/Affirmative action requirements.
