Ajax Building Company is seeking a driven Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will partner with field leadership, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

You will serve as the primary contact for owners, architects, and engineers, while actively managing performance, cost, and risk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• General Contractor License preferred.
• Strong understanding of industry practices and trends.
• Advanced interpersonal, communicative, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead, develop, and manage project personnel.
• Lead overall project execution with field teams, subs, and stakeholders.
• Establish and implement project operating procedures.
• Oversee development and management of budgets and schedules.
• Review project performance reports and manage costs, schedule, quality and safety.
• Manage procurement and approve material purchases and equipment rentals.
• Represent the company in communications with owners, architects, engineers.
• Oversee contract administration and costs with subs/vendors.
• Audit project activities from contract to closeout and warranty.
