Job summary

DPR Construction in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects from inception to delivery. You will manage engineers, PMs, and subcontractors, drive safety, quality, and on-time performance, and own project financials and risk management.

You will oversee end-to-end project execution, coordinate with stakeholders, and develop your team through coaching and performance reviews while upholding DPR’s standards and culture of trust and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 7 years in construction engineering or related field; 1-2 years managerial preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire required.

• Lead and develop a team of construction project professionals to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage end-to-end project execution, track progress, and resolve complex issues.
