Job summary

W.E. O’Neil Construction in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the project team, partnering with the Senior Superintendent to deliver successful projects and foster an environment where teams flourish.

You will oversee cost control, GMP setting, schedule management, safety programs, and coordination with Estimating and Design teams to drive on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Advanced understanding of scheduling, CMiC and Excel applications.
• Proficiency in CMiC, PlanGrid and P6 scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Capable of supervising a project with a $60M - $150M+ budget across diverse markets.
• Lead preconstruction with Estimator to set GMP and General Conditions.
• Enforce site safety programs with Superintendents and project team.
• Manage Change Orders and cost control, reviewing current and future COs.
• Prepare Monthly Reconciliation Reports and Cash Flow projections.
• Oversee subcontractor invoicing and payment applications.
• Represent WEO at Owner, Subcontractor and coordination meetings.
