Job summary

W.E. O'Neil Construction seeks a Senior Project Engineer to support project teams in administration and management of construction activities.

You will assist with office setup, logging, and document control, while coordinating CMiC, PlanGrid, and BIM processes across subs and vendors. The role requires collaboration with field supervisors and PMs to ensure timely deliveries, change management, safety, and closeout of projects.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Experience in construction project management and coordination.
• Strong scheduling and CMiC proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist with job office set up and initial CMiC setup.
• Prepare and maintain RFI and Submittal logs.
• Coordinate PlanGrid for contract documents and BIM coordination.
• Attend project meetings and document minutes.
• Manage subcontractor change orders and cost tracking.
• Ensure on-site material procurement and delivery timelines.
• Lead safety and quality documentation and closeout activities.
